I have a bit of a problem with the laptop saying document once in a while, but it's not too annoying at this point. I'm using JAWS 14 mostly, but dabbling in 15 some times. Hi Jim, I am using the JAWS 15 beta, on a Win 8.1 computer. I am experiencing JAWS saying document when I open an e-mail that I receive each day. To my knowledge, that is the only one, and I am using WLM. I do believe that I have heard it once, or twice on certain web pages. I did hear it in Win 8, before updating to 8.1. The only one in America, lol. I get that document announcement all the time, but doesn't bother me.
