Been there and done that too, and still the same.  This is frustrating. 
Somebody was telling me something about a bata version of messenger that 
works well.  Anybody know anything about this?  Thanks to all for your 
patience.

Make sure you are running the latest build of JAWS 10. In your JAWS 10
software, do a check for updates to see if an update is available. If
so, check it, then let it download and install.

Hello all, does the beta version of Windows Live Essentials really work 
well with JAWS? I tried it with NVDA and it was utter rubbish in my 
opinion. So have gone back to 2009.
