[Review Queue] apache-kafka

I spent some time reviewing the apache-kafka charm today.  Apache Kafka is
a message broker that can be used in some big-data solutions.

After a few iterations with the author we got the charm passing tests and I
promulgated it to the charm store!

A truly excellent new charm submission from Kevin Monroe on the Juju Big
Data team. This is a great example of a clean, well-written python charm.
It's built on the `charmhelpers.core.charmframework`, uses the
`jujuresources` lib for fetching external resources, and uses juju actions
for managing the deployed service.

If you're making a new python charm and need a good example to model it
after, take a look!
