I think I can reproduce the crash too, almost reliably, and this pratically
every time the drag pointer passes over one of the arrows of the path
breadcrumb, and the corresponding menu is raised. 
More explicitely
- start drag
- pass over the arrow of the path of the target view
- menu raises
- move down along the menu
- move left of right back to the target view and drop
This crashes almost systematically (at least 1 every two times)

 Now, this happens also if I use any other widget style for dolphin than
breeze. 

Can you try with "dolphin -style fusion" ?
if happens also: not a breeze bug.
In fact, I think there is some conflict between the mouse grab from the
drag-in-progress and the one from the menu.

I just tried Amarok 2.8.0 here on Kubuntu 16.10 with Plasma 5, works without
problems.
This could be a problem with either your distribution or something wrong in the
last running playlist, but sadly you do not have debugging symbols in your
backtrace to make it useful. To produce a valid backtrace, you need to
recompile Amarok with debugging enabled, as your distribution does not provide
debugging packages.

FWIW: you can try to erase your currently loaded playlist by erasing the file
current.xspf, located in ~/.kde/share/apps/amarok/, if the problem is with the
playlist, this should solve the issue.

I can't seem to reproduce the problem. Testing area behaves as expected.

I was trying to set reverse scrolling in Ubuntu 16.04 after installing
kubuntu-desktop.  I opened KCM, ticked the Reverse Scrolling for vertical. 
When I tested it in the "Testing Area", it did not reverse.  I hit Apply, it
still did not reverse.  However... when testing the scroll in an actual desktop
window, the scrolling actually had reversed.  To be clear, the bug is only for
the Testing Area in KCM.

I'm not sure how check the currently installed version of this, but it's the
latest after apt upgrade.  I can get a more specific version if pointed in the
right direction.

`konsole -qwindowtitle foo` actually works, and I suppose this feature is
useful by showing in the konsole window title, which app it's running.

The best fix might be to add support for -caption to konsole, if we want to
support KDE4 and KF5 konsoles and to keep the feature.

Unfortunately the backtrace is lacking debug symbols. We see that it crashes
but not where. If you are able to reproduce please install debug packages and
attach a new backtrace.

>From what we see it looks like a crash in the nvidia driver. If that's the case
there is probably not much we can do. NVIDIA driver - unlike other drivers -
discards mapped memory when switching vt resulting in random crashers in the
worst case.

- What I was doing when the application crashed:
I used Firefox and recognized a looked left mouse button press. This can
explained as you left click on the vertical scroll bar and the move it. But
after releasing the button the desktop will release mouse point from the bar
which results in a constant up and down move while you moving the mouse pointer
over the desktop.

This behavior can probably provocated again if you use a mouse, moving an
clicking with it and at the same time you "click" on the touchpad errounessly
while typing simultanously.

The compnent used to print is Qt5::PrintSupport.

There is no PDF export code in digiKam. We pass data to print to Qt interface
which re-route to right printer. 

As it work with real printer driver, it must work with virtual one too. there
is no difference from digiKam side about printing.

So, i suspect a Qt5 bug or a problem with your virtual driver.

Same change for tableview.cpp

Even though this check should not be necessary in tableview (should always be
true after my recent patch), it is probably just more consistent and safe to
introduce your change there as well. Also the fact that this check is needed
for imagecategorizedview might suggest an underlying issue with column
mismatches in the given indexes. I will have a quick look at this after
Christmas.

I use to switch between activities by using the "activity bar" widget in my

Yes, Sorry, I tried that for a few days and got carried away. Let me try to get
the messy things out of the way first: 

This is about the changing of the order of virtual desktops in the desktop
grid. Similar in appearance to the Desktop grid feature that allows to "Swap
all windows on one virtual Desktop with all windows on another virtual Desktop
by drag and drop". How should I call that feature? 

The problem:
- Multiple desktops swap position for no apparent reason sometimes when I use
the grid plugin.

The rest of that mess I wrote mostly describes:
- How I tried to reproduce it systematically and failed
- How I tried to make sure I'm not using the [drag feature for whole
Desktops] by accident.
- That I have no exact idea how this happens, mostly because it seems to happen
only a few times per day when I work on something complicated and use the grid
plugin hundreds of times over the course of many hours.



Steps to reproduce:
1: Use grid plugin a lot 
2: I don't know, it just happens sometimes. 

Actual result:
- Looks a bit like the desktops are being "shuffled" by means of the [desktop
drag feature] 
- (or like the shuffling of a sliding puzzle game)

Expected result:
- That should not happen.

Hallo everyone,
I use Digikam on Windows 7 (32-Bit). Everything is fine, but the video playback
of H264 Videos does not work, only some older MJPG videos can be played. 
Is there anything that i can do except installing linux ;) I like linux but
this is for my parents and they are used to windows.

We need the backtrace. Without we don't know where it crashes. Unfortunately
you are using Arch which means there are no backtraces with debug symbols
available.

KWin uses the icon provided by the window. Unfortunately many applications do
not provide high resolution icons. In that case KWin cannot do anything about
it.

Starting with Plasma 5.9 KWin will also use icons from the .desktop file as the
task manager, if the information is available. Unfortunately we have to expect
that in the cases where there is no high resolution icon installed on the
window, we won't have the desktop file either.

overall not much the window manager can do.
