This bug occurred to me in digikam-5.8.0-20171119094605-x86-64.appimage

I removed an unused Tag tree from the Tag Manager and digikam crashed. After
re-opening digikam some other unrelated Tag trees were completely missing from
the tags list.

I have tested the plain cmake + make thing and it works as expected:

$ svn co svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/trunk/extragear/network/kmldonkey/
$ cd kmldonkey
$ cmake CMakeLists.txt
$ make

It compiled without errors, if you want to install do

$ sudo make install

I agree that the documentation lack care and the software too, my feeling is
that interest has moved toward more secure file sharing software like
RetroShare

The console output is:

Input: "Name Family , N\xC3\xA4me Family

"
Error: "The email address you have entered is not valid because it contains an
unexpected comma."

The names and email addresses are all different. What is notable is the 2nd
address, which contains an 'รค' (A-umlaut). But I assume the "unexpected comma"
refers to the separator of the email addresses, which is for whatever reason
being treated as part of the email address?

Sorry, but this is not suitable for a bug report or a wish list item.It's not
like we haven't discussed this amongst the developers for years -- we don't
need a bug report reminding us about the topic. Bug reports and wish items
should be about specific bugs or specific features.

Using the Projects plugin, in the Projects file list pane, there is no way to
open the focused file using only the keyboard.

To reproduce:

1. Enable the Projects plugin and Open a Kate project
2. Focus the Projects pane file list
3. Move between the files using the Up/Down keys
4. Try to open the focused file using the Enter key

Result:
Nothing happens.

Expected:
The focused/highlighted file should open for editing.

[kate] [Bug 387100] please restore tab order and zoom levels when opening session

2017-11-20 Thread net jiro
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=387100

--- Comment #2 from net jiro  ---
Don't want to be obstinate and I realise I probably have an unusual use case,
but I think this kind of thing is slowly getting more common:
I have multiple monitors with different ppi. I can set different kate sessions
to open with sets of docs on various monitors. However I can't comfortably use
the same zoom level across monitors. So every time I restore I have to manually
zoom every doc in some of the kate sessions.

I also tend to remember the tab order, and navigate by it, so I also have to
shuffle the tabs back to where they used to be on each restore.

I would argue that "remember where I left it" is generally the right thing to
do in most situations.

Just my (weird?) opinion.

[kolourpaint] [Bug 387143] New: Kolourpaint draws lines in different colours as selected

2017-11-20 Thread Marc Muehlfeld
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=387143

Bug ID: 387143
   Summary: Kolourpaint draws lines in different colours as
selected
   Product: kolourpaint
   Version: 17.08.0
  Platform: Fedora RPMs
OS: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
  Severity: normal
  Priority: NOR
 Component: general
  Assignee: kolourpaint-supp...@lists.sourceforge.net
  Reporter: mmuehlf...@redhat.com
  Target Milestone: ---

Created attachment 108977
  --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=108977=edit
Example Image

Description of problem:
In Kolourpaint 17, if you select the colour black and draw a 1px line, it is
grey (#7F7F7F) instead of black (#00). Also if you draw lines in other
colours, they are slightly different. And thicker lines are not fully in the
colour you selected. If you, e. g. draw a black line, and zoom in, you see:
- the 2 pixel line starts and ends with a 2x1 pixel in grey
- the 4 and 6 pixel line has a grey border
- the 8 has some grey pixels at the beginning and end of the line.
I attached an example image.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Fedora 27: kolourpaint-17.08.1-1.fc27.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Kolourpaint
2. Select colour "black" (#00) as foreground colour
3. Select the "line" tool
4. Select the thinnest line type (1px)
4. Draw a line

Actual results:
The line is grey (#7F7F7F) instead of black.
(You can see this e. g. if you zoom in or use the colour pipette)

Expected results:
The line should be black.

Additional info:
* Workaround: If I downgrade to the RPM shipped in Fedora 26
(kolourpaint-16.12.3-1.fc26.x86_64.rpm,
kolourpaint-libs-16.12.3-1.fc26.x86_64.rpm), everything works like expected.
