[kdelibs] [Bug 262268] KDevelop crashes on start, valgrind shows invalid memory access
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=262268 --- Comment #8 from Petr Mrázek --- I barely remember this and I don't think it is relevant anymore. Anyway, for reference: https://userbase.kde.org/KDE_System_Administration/Kiosk/Introduction#Introduction ``` Once the reader understands how the Kiosk framework actually works through KDE's configuration files, we will discuss the Kiosk Admin Tool for those that prefer a GUI interface. This tool also allows administrators to more easily set-up Kiosk profiles and assign them system wide, per-user or per-group. ``` The tool is most likely dead. I tried to get it into some sort of decent shape around the time I reported this. I suspect that since then, the buggy parts (support for Kiosk profiles in KStandardDirs, along with KStandardDirs) just got ripped out. The above linked article also probably needs to be fact-checked. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[kmix] [Bug 378961] New: OSD volume level display is slightly off
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=378961 Bug ID: 378961 Summary: OSD volume level display is slightly off Product: kmix Version: unspecified Platform: Archlinux Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: On-Screen-Display (OSD) Assignee: es...@kde.org Reporter: pete...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 105097 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=105097=edit It's slightly off. When the volume is at 50% according to kmix, the popup shows something slightly less than 50% visually. I took a screenshot, opened it in gimp, created a selection out of the blue part and moved it right. The selection does not cover the whole right part of the bar. At exactly 50% volume, I'd expect exactly 50% of the bar filled. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[kdevelop] [Bug 378933] New: Deleting items with trailing whitespace in the projects view deletes something else
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=378933 Bug ID: 378933 Summary: Deleting items with trailing whitespace in the projects view deletes something else Product: kdevelop Version: 5.1.0 Platform: Archlinux Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: file tree Assignee: kdevelop-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: pete...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- For example: If you have a file named ' ' (single space) in a folder, deleting the file will result in everything else in the folder being deleted. Deleting 'foo ' when both 'foo' and 'foo ' exist will result in the deletion of 'foo'. Both 'foo' and 'foo ' disappear from the view until a refresh. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[yakuake] [Bug 372216] New: Yakuake scrolls down when it opens and the user clicks into it
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=372216 Bug ID: 372216 Summary: Yakuake scrolls down when it opens and the user clicks into it Product: yakuake Version: 3.0.2 Platform: Archlinux Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: h...@kde.org Reporter: pete...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- * Set a the global shortcut for opening yakuake to META + RETURN. * Open yakuake using the shortcut. * produce enough text to make the terminal scroll and scroll up. * META + RETURN to hide yakuake. * META + RETURN to show it again. * click into yakuake and see it scroll all the way down, highlighting a bunch of scrollback and trashing the X selection buffer contents. This isn't reproducible if I use SCROLL-LOCK as the global shortcut. Sadly, my laptop keyboard doesn't have that button. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
