I want to switch to a virtual desktops instantly without animation when I use keyboard shortcuts or by clicking on them in the pager but still want the smooth one-to-one animation when using trackpad gesture. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Disable Slide desktop effect 2. switch between virtual desktops using 3-finger or 4-finger swipe OBSERVED RESULT Switches to new desktop at the end of the swipe without any animation EXPECTED RESULT The smooth one-to-one animation Operating System: Arch Linux KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.106.0 Qt Version: 5.15.9 Kernel Version: 6.3.2-arch1-1 (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland Processors: 6 × AMD Ryzen 5 4500U with Radeon Graphics Memory: 7.2 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon Graphics Manufacturer: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC.
