This happens if the user does not change the "Quantity received" field value, thereby not triggering the "OnChange" event. By default, the "Quantity received" field value is set to 1 by JS, but there is a row.quantity_received variable which serves as a shadow value which sent in a POST Ajax request after clicking "Confirm", yet row.quantity_received stays undefined despite the fact that we changed the form value by JS. row.quantity_received is expected to be updated on the "onChange" event for the form field, but that event does not fired when JS changes the form field value to 1. So if the user does not change the form field, it has a value of "1" but the form sends an empty value from the shadow value. This leads to an error from the backend which says "No quantity to receive set. No items will be created." in the popup. To test: 1. Add a new basket. 2. Create an order line 3. Make sure you have the "Default waiting hold cancellation policy" set to allow via circulation rules. 2. Make several holds at different branches holds and set them to waiting 3. Request to cancel those holds, making sure you cancel some for different branches. 4. Go to waitingreserves.tt and notice that you see all of the holds from all branches. 5. APPLY PATCH and restart services 6. Vist the waitingreserves.tt page and notice that the "Holds with cancellation requests" table can now filters by branch. 7. The patch also updates the way catalog.js triggers the "Add to list" pop-up so that it uses the same window-opening JS function that similar pages do, since the default gives us consistent popup features. To test, apply the patch and perform a catalog search in the staff interface which will return multiple results. - Check the box next to one or more results. - Click the "Add to list" button. - Test the various options here: Add to an existing list, a new list, or choose "More lists." - In each case the pop-up window which appears should have a consistent fixed footer with "Save" and "Cancel" buttons. - Confirm that these controls can be navigated to using the tab key. - Confirm that each one works correctly. - Go to Administration -> Z39.50/SRU servers -> New SRU server. - Click the "Modify" button by the "SRU Search fields mapping" field. - Inspect and test the resulting pop-up window. - Switch the "Record type" dropdown to "Authority," click the "Modify" button again, and test this version of the pop-up window too. Maybe we could make it 'edit_borrowers or circulate_remaining_permissions'
which are the 2 permissions most of the pages use that have the 'change
password' button. We don't have a real 'view borrowers' right now.

We could make it so you can see your own with catalogue maybe, but it feels
like this would be for a separate bug. 2FA uses catalog - but how do you get
there in the first place if you can't access pages that have the button?

I think allowing a user to change their own password could be done without a
preference. Since we started using Koha this has only caused confusion.

I think we should try not to get out of scope here and maybe move some
weirdness to a separate bug.
But adjusting the permission checks and maybe even forego the pref would make
sense to me.
