At default (install only KDE) it shows the error, but for goes to work I install additional package 'python-plasma' and the python plasmoids goes to work!! Thilo, I tried your patched qt 4.5.0 with kde 4.3rc3 and it does not solve the missing key shortcuts. I also tried patching qt 4.5.1 and using it with kde 4.3rc3, but have the same problem. Fn-F10 does not work to eject. I don't think this bug has been properly triaged. Public bug reported: As the summary says, after updating to the newly released rc3 of KDE 4.3, on karmic, audio has started to stutter. I couldn't get any sound using the gstreamer backend, so I've only tried different settings with the xine backend. I've tried using the pulse setting as well as the alsa setting. The result is exactly the same; short stutters every 5-7 seconds or so. The reason I believe this is a phonon bug, rather than a kernel or alsa bug, is that playing audio files using any non-phonon application works as expected. Public bug reported: Binary package hint: digikam In digiKam 1.0.0 beta1 photos are not sorted by shooting date by default. You will have to select all photos and select a different sorting method and then sort by shooting date again. I use subfolders in my presentations. When I sort again by shooting date as described above some photos appear in the wrong subdirectory. The sorting however is OK then. Strange. Also whilst downloading they might remember that they wanted to download something else and this means that they have to load it up all over again.
