[libreoffice-l10n] NL sites localization

2014-04-08 Thread Sophie
Hi all,

So thanks to the big great work of Christian, NL sites are now almost
ready to be localized. I'll write a how-to today on the wiki, but here
are some info:

- the changing strings are ready to be translated and the sites
populated with a copy of the main one
- the template strings are not yet in Pootle, Christian will work on the
extraction/import this week and will update Pootle. We will keep you
update on this
- you can begin to work on your language site however
- you login with the same login you used by the past to
https://www.libreoffice.org/admin and from here switch to your subsite.
- editors have also publishers rights

I'll work today on the how-to and will add screenshots to make it
easier. If you feel you don't need it, just go on :) the site will not
be visible for the moment, so don't be too afraid, Christian will switch
it on when finalized.

Cheers
Sophie

Some issues:

* I'm getting this error when publishing:
'0.00' no es un número, sólo números pueden ser aceptados para este campo,
'0.00' no es un número, sólo números pueden ser aceptados para este campo.

Change the value for a 0 'fix' the error by the way

* When Trying to translate Discover page, SS redirects to What's
LibreOffice subpage

* IMHO we should discuss website's related stuff in the specific list

I have for pt-BR). What must I do to get into www.libreoffice.org?

Thanks you

I have to disagree on this. This discussion should happen in website list
but also in localization list because the website is being prepared for
translation. And is there a better place to dscuss about translation than
this list? I don´t think so. However I do agree that specific issues (not
related with translation) should only be on website list.

My request was related to website specific issues, not translation itself.
Each topics should be discussed on specific lists only, indeed.

2014-04-08 Thread Adolfo Jayme Barrientos
Hi everyone,

 Some issues:

 * I'm getting this error when publishing:
'0.00' no es un número, sólo números pueden ser aceptados para este campo,

I see this as well...

Change the value for a 0 'fix' the error by the way

 * When Trying to translate Discover page, SS redirects to What's
 LibreOffice subpage

I’ve just tried to translate the “Download” page, but I clicked
“Publish” and my changes were not saved. Also, it seems I made the
whole es.libreoffice.org site private after publishing. What did I do
wrong?

Regards!

I tried to contact, but got no reply. Can somebody help me further so that
I can start helping translate Libre Office to Hindi language?
Any help will be appreciated

Hello,
If you want you can start translating the wiki; just create your own
account and start translating, also if you can't get in touch with the
project leader, if he doesn't reply your mail.

Ubuntu essentially ships the same l10n as debian does:

Usually both of us consider shipping a locale when it is reasonably complete.

As gd seems reasonably complete:

Ah, 100% in 4.1.x and 4.2.x.:)

we might add it to the shipped locales.

@Rene: Any objections here?

Nope.
