Every item of the permissions list has been checked (except “Can commit to version control” and “Can overwrite translations on uploading files”). Everything works fine. :) We tested also: * Translation of words, * Suggestion (Accept and Reject), * Download a file, * Adding a comment, * Adding news. It works fine too. Uploading file (merge and overwrite) is not tested yet. Tested also uploading (merge), seems to work well. Hi, Am 31.10.2010 19:11, schrieb Olivier Hallot: H... I am sort of concerned on "self registration". Does it means that anyone can register and start adding suggestions to every string we have?. No - this only means, that users can create their own accounts. Default rights then can be set on a global / project / language level. That means, we can have global "view" rights, German can have "make suggestion" and Protugese / Brazil can have "view only" for registered users as well. Suggest / submit trasnaltion rights can then be granted per user (by the manager of the respective language). That can be hard to fix/clean later... Isn't better to have this under more strict control? I'd suggest to start with view / donwload archiver rights on a global level and let each language team handle their projects as they like. regards, André -- E-mail to l10n+h...@libreoffice.org for instructions on how to unsubscribe List archives are available at http://www.libreoffice.org/lists/l10n/ All messages you send to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted
