As for that LOM 2000/2200 in California - Has ANYONE ever received a reply from
the person posting it?

Joe is right - it's been "For Sale" for a LONG time!

I've decided it must be someone with NO desire to sell the machine (IF they
even own it!) It could be photos of a LOM they "harvested" from the internet -
and they are getting their jollies posting it and getting inquiries from us and
seeing the comments/discussions on our site. If there is a member of this
group that lives anywhere near that Mill, it would be interesting if they'd
actually call the bluff and go check it out - even if they don't care to buy
it.

If you do, please post your results - along with some pictures of what you saw.

Merry Christmas to all - and to all - a Good Night. (I guess it is already the
25th for you Bill.)

May God Bless Everyone.

Mac

Thank's Joe.

Merry Christmas to you as well.

For me the Z axis is what I want, (of a matter of coarse longer bed would also
be nice.) but I too am NOT a CNC type of person. (Sometimes I have problems
just running this E-mail stuff.) ;-p unless I plan to do wood working as a
business in the future, Then perhaps a CNC would be necessary, but as for now,
I'm out NO Way No How am I going to play with that...

As far as the 2000/2200 on E-bay, I have e-mailed him twice asking if he had
the gears sets. NO REPLY from him. That would be an awesome machine to own if
its all there!

I too have no idea on why its still on E-bay.It has been there for a LONG TIME,
Perhaps it the distance/shipping cost problem ? Perhaps its just a money thing?
(He thinks his machine is worth $75,000 and we think its worth $75.00...) ;-)

Have a very Happy Holiday.

Note taken, Yes on the CNC.
I wounder if you could have both? CNC and manual?an electronic gear box is
something Tim K and I talked about years ago.( before Legacy went into CNC.)
Can you have your cake and eat it too?   ;-)
Have a great day.
And Merry Christmas to you as well.
