[LegacyUG] Wording son of Unknown and Unknown

2014-11-17 Thread s megraw
In the Descendant Report, when one or both parents have not been entered for an
individual, the text reads something like son of Unknown and Unknown. Is
there a way to avoid having this wording inserted into reports?

Re: [LegacyUG] Wording son of Unknown and Unknown

2014-11-17 Thread Cathy Pinner
When both parents haven't been added, you shouldn't get this phrase
unless you somehow have a ghost marriage for the parents.
When one parent has been entered, you have the option of Unknown or blank.
In Legacy 8 see Options - Customise 3.11 (This setting set for Unknown
will show if you have an Unknown-Unknown marriage as will the Marriage
List.)
You want the setting blank if you don't want unknown in reports.
