Please Help! I bought both GenViewer and Genmatcher. I waited for the e-mails of confirmation and got my special code number for each. I looked for a download to click on, but found none. I went back in to the website at Mudcreek Sales but can not download it without buying it again. I looked for a place to put in the code exactly as they had sent it to me, but found none, and also no apply button. Help! I bought it, but how do I download it without paying all over again? Hi Darlene, For GenViewer to go http://www.mudcreeksoftware.com/downloading_genviewer.htm and click on the link in option 1) [mudgv123.exe]. Save to your hard drive, then instal - you will be asked for your lines of code to copy and paste. For GenMatcher go to http://www.mudcreeksoftware.com/genmatcher.htm and click on the DOWNLOAD link in the box on the right. Thanks so very much, Luc and Lisa! I also found where I had the problem. I have such a wide screen on this laptop that the far left side, with the download arrows was not shown on my screen.
