Not a valid bug report, completely unintelligibly. What might be "globally"?
That all (including comment on us...@de.libreoffice.org) seems th show that
reporter did not understand all details of "Scaling in Draw"

@Frank Dieckmann:
Thank you for your feedback! Unfortunately you are wrong here, this is the Bug
tracking system, not a helpdesk!

Regina Henschel explained on us...@de.libreoffice.org how that works. You can
have individual scaling for each Draw document, but not for each slide in a
Draw document.

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 59071] New: Feature suggestion - Impress - SLIDESHOW: allow automatic transitions with sub-second accuracy

  Severity: enhancement

  Reporter: spamwo...@yahoo.com
  Hardware: All
Status: UNCONFIRMED
   Version: 3.6.4.3 release
 Component: Presentation
   Product: LibreOffice

Hello everyone,

Here is a feature suggestion for Impress. I would be happy to have the
possibility of setting display duration with sub-second accuracy (when chosing
automatic transitions between slides). For instance, setting automatic slide
transitions after 250, 333, 500, 666 or 750 milliseconds, but also 1.25 second,
and so on...

This would be really useful with regard to one of the uses I make of Impress,
i.e. creating simple tools for the training of visual attention and other
cognitive abilities in children.

I'm looking forward to reading from anyone regarding this suggestion!

Thank you for the consideration given to this message! Have a good day, and I
wish you a happy new year!

JP R.

best thing is to create a test file as simpler as possible...
try deleting one sheet at once and see if the bug is still present...
maybe you will find which sheet is causing the issue

Title: Incorrect display of page numbers in the TOC.

Sample file with incorrect numbering.

If the header vstvit automatic page numbering, and numbering properties set
offset, for example, that would be the first page numbering began with tsyfry
2. After all of the above transactions, automatically insert the TOC, then it
will be the first page of the number one (1), although we put an ode to offset

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 59045] Shortcut (accelerators, mnemonic) doesn't match between English version and Japanese version.

2013-01-05 Thread bugzilla-daemon
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=59045

Few additional comments from Japanese translator point of view:

1) I'm not sure all accelerators *should* be same in each languages,
however such kind of decision is up to each localization team.

2) Japanese translation team want to use same accelerators with English,
but another translators (especially latin-character language users)
might want to use their own accelerators.

3) So better way to solve this issue is remove automatically-accelerator
creation logic and move every accelerators to each terms.

For example, "Original Size" in the report is:

https://translations.documentfoundation.org/ja/libo_ui/translate.html#unit=29929367

It might be better "Original Si~ze" than "Original Size" for translators.

However, I don't know how hard it will be fixed, or it has historical policy
and cannot change. If so, please let us know.

contain "Multiple Languages" when it clearly does not.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Insert the following sample text (between crunch symbols) including spacing
into a new Writer document:

#
"Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit."
---

#

2. Keep inserting the same sample text repeatedly, until the total word count
reaches 3006> (334> times).

3. Select all (Ctrl+A).

Current behavior:
All text is selected. The "Apply Style", "Font Name" and "Font Size" windows
turn blank. The document is said to contain "Multiple Languages".

Expected behavior:
All text is selected.

Absolutely and completely agree. I want stylistic sets, or stylistic

while support for it is great, a ton of fonts out there still use OpenType

Sorry for my delayed response. [from Wikipedia] "IBM Lotus Notes is the client
of a collaborative client-server platform. IBM Lotus Domino is the application
server. Lotus Notes provides integrated collaboration functionality, including
email, calendaring, contacts management, ... and access to other Lotus Domino
applications and databases. Whereas typical email applications are programmed
to be an email client, Lotus Notes is an application that is part of an
application development platform, where mail is just one of many possible
applications. Applications for Lotus Notes are developed in a variety of
development languages including the Java through XPages, as well as with a
Visual Basic-like language called LotusScript. Lotus Notes is commonly deployed
as an end-user email client in larger organizations, with IBM claiming a
cumulative 145 million licenses sold to date" [end of quote]. It is an
enterprise client-server software. There is no ".exe" or ".com" related to my
application, so I'm afraid there is nothing to attach. I understand that it
will not be easy or even feasible for a developer to install the whole suite
only to investigate this problem. After searching the web for similar problems,
I've found some forum posters saying that LibreOffice has not implemented
ActiveX the same way OpenOffice used to do, and I suppose this may be related
to this problem. Anyway, I've decided to redesign the application so as to
avoid any embedding procedures, while still using LibreOffice automation. It is
currently working that way. Thank you!

To my opinion a "Corner Radius" is a same kind attribute like a "Arrow

The "Arrow Style" can be set in a "Graphic Style".

I cannot see the difference. Better saided: I like also the "Corner Style"
can be set in a "Graphic Styl".

Thanks for replying :)

#6  KDESalGraphics::drawNativeControl (this=0x1ca7100, type=, part=, rControlRegion=,

then source code of 3.6 shows this:
633 paint.drawImage( widgetRect.left(), widgetRect.top(), *m_image,
634 0, 0, widgetRect.width(), widgetRect.height(),
635 Qt::ColorOnly | Qt::OrderedDither | Qt::OrderedAlphaDither
);

I noticed the code above is called only if IMAGE_BASED_PAINTING is defined.
Then I read this:
212 #if QT_VERSION >= QT_VERSION_CHECK( 4, 5, 0 )
213 #define IMAGE_BASED_PAINTING
214 #else
215 #undef IMAGE_BASED_PAINTING
216 #endif

The problem is api + bt show that drawimage function expects 4 args and we call
with more than that. I must recognize I don't understand or missed something...

Michael/Caolán: any idea?

In OOo this triangle has opened the menu where you can select e.g. the

So I think, the triangle can be removed.

The property "Corner Radius" is not a style but a geometry property of some
special elements. Therefore I think that it is correct, that it is not included
in the styles.

The shear angle describes a transformation, same way as the rotation angle
does. A transformation is not a style. Therefore I think, that it is correct,
that it is not in the styles.

Your formula is wrong. Should be something like
  =COUNTIF(C1:C10;"GOOD")+COUNTIF(C1:C10;"FOO")

Apart from that, I'n not aware that blanks (empty strings) should be counted.
I expect the user support lists and such, can give you proper advise for that?
Thanks,

Since I don't reproduce this, could you give a very detailed step by step

Do you reproduce this on just an empty file?

Also, it could be interesting you retrieve a backtrace by following this link:

I am not sure is it the same that bug 58949.
There, as I understand it is impossible to edit some formulas. Here I can edit
that, only they look bad before editing (double clicking on them)

I am also not sure if it is WinWords fault. Maybe it is but I checked again in
LO 3.5.4.2 and tehre eveything looks OK.
I opened the attachment 7239 and my formulas look exactly like the last one in
that document, but they don't seem to be that long. Even single ones, thrown
into the text seem distorted.

I'll try to add screenshots

Change status to NEW.

The problem is with keyboard aliases in Windows. If you don't use the same
combination of language / keyboard layout (in some cases because your keyboard
layout doesn't exist or it's just an alias on Windows) the name of the keys
inside LibreOffice will not match your IDE language.

@jmontane Windows is not Linux and works in a different way, so it's not always
easy to do the same thing.

I observed similar behavior after an upgrade from 3.5.7 to 3.6.4.3 (Dutch) and
posted a bug report: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=58835. It
turns out this is another duplicate of this same bug. Version 4.0.0.0.beta2 had
the same issue.

My question is if you can incorporate the above solution in version 3.6.4.4 or
3.6.5? It is quite an annoying bug and withholds me from upgrading. Thanks in

2013-01-05 Thread bugzilla-daemon
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=58368

I tried installing the 4.0 beta on another XP machine and a Windows 7 machine -
same results. I also changed the default printer with exactly the same
results. This seems to be a problem with only a new document. Once a document
is created and saved - there is no problem as the page brackets line up with
the margin setting properly. However, File->New will create a document with
the page brackets offset by about 1/2 inch. Hope this helps.

No feedback since months, put it as WFM.

hubertus: don't hesitate to reopen this tracker if you can still reproduce this
with a newer LO version (last one is 3.6.4). Also, give a try after having
renamed your LO directory profile. (see
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile)

: Open attachment 72390 and look to the last formula.
Most likely, the Writer_MathML’s work is changed because it does not formula
line break when formula's width more than page's width, but WinWord-2007 makes
this.

Florent: could you give a try to a newer version (last one is 3.6.4)?
Do you reproduce this on a brand new file too or just a specific file?
If specific, could you attach the file?

I updated my sources and built from scratch, I don't reproduce this crash
anymore.
Marcos, since you don't reproduce it too, I put this tracker to WFM.
