[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 130880] COPY and "paste special - number" is not working correctly between xlsx formatted spreadsheets - it requires multiple copy commands to work
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=130880 --- Comment #10 from tom1willi...@yandex.com --- Bug 128803 did a better job of describing and diagnosing my problem than I did. My pastes come out as an image too, or when I say "paste Special - number" it does not paste anything because the data I copied was stored as an image. The other more important observation is that the copy works correctly every second time. That observation was made here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mutter/+bug/1852183 and https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/issues/919 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

As long as it's duplicate, and all are listed, it's not so important. More important would be to resolve some of these. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 128803 *** -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=130880 --- Comment #8 from tom1willi...@yandex.com --- Thank you for your attention to my bug report. Please mark my bug report as a duplicate of 128803 but not of any of those other much earlier bugs. I never had this problem until I was using the versions of GNOME and mutter that ship in Ubuntu 19.10. My work-around was to install XFCE4 from the Ubuntu repository and when I log into an XFCE session instead of GNOME all of the problems disappeared completely. With no 'mutter' there was no problem. I think according to the print screens I attached to this report that the people who support mutter have this as a high severity bug. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

Did you check bug 65606 and bug 99818 and bug 128803? "Reproducible: Sometimes" makes no sense to confirm from a single user. I tried once and didn't reproduce. This looks like a duplicate of bug 99818. https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=130880 --- Comment #3 from tom1willi...@yandex.com --- I think these people are having the same problem I am having. It is a great hindrance to getting work done! But I understand now that it may not be a bug in LO but rather a bug in something called mutter. I still don't understand when it will be fixed however. Do I have to wait and hope it is fixed in Ubuntu 20.04? https://askubuntu.com/questions/1188960/copy-and-paste-issue-with-ubuntu-19-10?r=SearchResults# -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs
