If that PDF from some other PDF program looks fine but prints blank, that's printer or OS problem. You should test with some more programs. I did that and also created a new 'local' profile which allowed me to log into the PC with a different name. Then I downloaded Bullzip and that appeared in the list of printers and quite happily creates .pdf files. However when I try and print those (using adobe reader) I still get blank pages. I did notice, however, that the bullzip instructions ask you to test it using notepad. So I did that and the .pdf is created fine but also prints blank pages. Very strange! I am the only user on the PC and set up as an administrator so perhaps that's why. Anyway, the option just doesn't come up. Sorry I can't post screenshots here but in the 'user profiles' dialogue box the the delete user box is greyed out. The 'User accounts' screens just invite me to add new users. Sorry!
