What distribution are you using? I'm still on Plasma 5.25 and I'll wait till it's available in Kubuntu backports PPA to update. So right now I cannot confirm this bug. However, I feel it may be a Plasma-related issue, since LO 7.4.1.2 is running very fast in Plasma 5.25. Have you also reported this issue at KDE's bugzilla?
