I would like to email translators on Sunday. Please try to get documentation touchups that should be translated done as soon as you can. I propose to leave the translators two weeks or so, and then release rc2 after that. I'm not sure our packagers will be able to produce binaries then, but I think it's good to plan for that anyway, and then we will produce binaries whenever we can.
