I found that correct numbering appears when I enter and leave equation rendered 
by IP.

Anyway, Richard, it seems that this bug is so exotic that it should not hinder

Yes I had it on. But even disabling (and restarting lyx) shows no unusual 
numbering.

trunk-version
does the same.
Apart from that, I could not reproduce.

I have a bigger problem now, which also seems to be in trunk: 
copy-label-as-reference is broken.


For anyone about to try to make binaries, don't bother at this point. 
This will have to be fixed.

Not so easy to create working example, but see attached.
The equation really needs to be in child document to reproduce (maybe +instant 
preview).
Also note that this commit was at Oct/12, so 2.0.5 regression, not 2.0.6.
Given the fact that I'm first one seeing this it might not be showstopper.
