That is exactly what I meant: they are for Windows, but I need it for 
linux.

Ah. There is nothing special about this package. Google installing
non-repository LaTeX packages with TeX Live or something like that.
You could try putting the downloaded files in $(kpsewhich --var-value
TEXMFLOCAL)/tex/latex/ and running texhash and then in LyX tools 
reconfigure.
