In my own experiences, the answer to this question is no, and even if  
one may have thought he/she may have deleted the icons, they will come  
back; otherwise, you couldn't get into the iTunes or Apple Apps Store  
without them.  In my mind, they are sort of like cookies, except you  
have to sign into the App Store to get the app you want.

Richie - Looks like you’ve missed the rest of this thread. It is very much 
possible to delete these icons, and the only way to get them back is using the 
reset my home screen from setting/general/reset -

Is it possible to do this? Somebody not on this list, says they have somehow by 
mistake, deleted their app store and iTuens icons from their iPhone. I was a 
bit surprised by this, as I kind of thought Apple wouldn’t allow for this to 
happen. Anyway, if it is correct, is there a way to get them back on the home

Maybe they had jail braked their device, that is just a thought not a 
definite comment.
