Re: Olearia
Hi, Steve, Have you tried viewing the package contents? The .app file is actually a folder. Sometimes there is documentation inside an app. Try interacting with it in Finder, pressing VO-shift-m for the contextual menu, and choosing show package contents. I don't have this app, so I'm not entirely sure if it has documentation, but it's one more thing to try. Using Zoom on a Mac
Hi all, I have a few questions about using Zoom on a Mac. I use VO myself but am working with a few people who use Zoom. When the screen is Zoomed in it gets fuzzy and distorted, what can be done to remedy this? In the universal access applet there is a contrast slider. Does changing this modify the colors? Are there any instructions or pdocasts for Zoom as they are with VO? Thanks Frank -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups MacVisionaries group. Sound studio questions
Hi I'll try to keep these questions brief. 1. Once you've set two marks, how do you delete what's in between them? Pressing command shift g and selecting set start selection to mark 1, and set end selection to mark 2, then pressing delete key results in everything outside the two marks being deleted, not what's in between the marks. In his podcast, Robert doesn't even go to that go to menu at all, and I don't understand how he does this. 2. If you've somehow managed to delete the correct sound, , how do you delete the marks? They still appear to be there in the table. If you then set new marks to delete something else, you can lose track of which marks you've used. If you have to use the go to menu to set your selection to whichever your two latest marks are, you could easily forget whether it was marks 1-2, 12-13 or whatever. The marks don't seem to get deleted when you delete what's inside them. 3. Does anybody know how to download or install the lame mp3 so you can save sound studio files as mp3? The Sound Studio manual doesn't tell you how to do this. Thanks Lisette -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups MacVisionaries group.
