Re: A weird issue with typing in Sonoma

2024-02-04 Thread Suzanne Erb
Hello,
Do you have single key QuickNav on? If so, you will run into problems typing. I
don’t know if this is a bug, or if it is a work in progress, but I keep having
to turn it on and off, depending on what I’m trying to accomplish. Toggle Vo-Q
for Single Key Quicknav on and off.
Good luck.

Hi Max, as I've already stated quit, navigation is already turned off. This
happens regardless, whether a quick navigation is turned on or turned off. I
actually have to turn it on and interact with the text in order to type.

Hi Brandon, I've done that. But that does not fix the issue. Quick NAV is off.
Manufac whenever I was in this message and tried to brush a letter, it took me
all the way down to the bottom, where the archive link is.

How to send an audio message in IOS 17?

2024-02-04 Thread 'Donna Goodin' via MacVisionaries
Hi all,

I just tried to record an audio message and was not successful. I tapped Apps,
then Audio. It started to record, but the only way I could stop the recording
was to swipe around the screen, so I ended up with a bunch of Voiceover garbage
in the message. Is there some way to record an audio message without getting
the Voiceover stuff in it?
Thanks,
Donna

Was just going through options and it has to do with stage manager.
so I changed something there and got rid of the sound. Finally!

could well be activating hot corners. The top left and right and bottom left and
right corners Can be clicked to activate certain applications. I’m not sure if
they make a washing sound because I don’t use a mouse but that sure sounds like
what you’re hearing. Go into desktop and dock settings and you’ll see a section
for Mission control and the keyboard shortcut and hot corners that you can set
up there.
