Re: Any one have problems updating payment info on Apple ID?

2021-06-27 Thread 'Kawal Gucukoglu' via MacVisionaries
I had a similar problem earlier this year due to a new card and whilst I tried
the Wallet to update my card, it didn’t work. So in the end, I went into my
bank app and found the Apple Pay setting in ‘manage my bills’ when I clicked on
my main account where you can view your transactions. I was surprised but it
all worked. So have a look in your Bank app to see if yours works like this.

My bank updates the card info in Apple Pay whenever it updates. You should
check your Apple Pay settings and you might find the same thing.

Hi,

According to this article:

https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT201266

If it is connected to Apple Pay, it must be edited in the Wallet app.

Any one have problems updating payment info on Apple ID?

2021-06-26 Thread matthew dyer
Hi all,

I have a problem trying to update my payment info on my Apple ID. The card
info is from an old card and I just got my new card this week. Any way I
clicked on Apple ID and selected payment info and selected edit. I see my bank
card info, but after seleting edit, I do not see a way to change the info. I
can remove it but not change it. What am I doing wrong? Note the only 2
things that need changed is the exp date and the the 3 digit code. This card
is connected to Apple Pay. Thanks. I have tried this on both my Mac as well
as my old iPhone 8 Plus with iOS 14.6. Thanks.

Matthew
