Hi Angus, I think you might need to do the following to fix your problem: 1. From within mail, go to the menu bar with vo m, and choose the window menu. Go down there and choose previous recipients. 2. From there, you will see a table with all the people to whom you have sent emails. Interact with this and find any you want to remove. I think this is what Mail uses to auto complete in the first instance. Once you have selected an email address, uninteract with the table and move to the right to the remove button. Next time, your correct Denise from the contacts can be typed in without auto complete getting in the way. Hi Angus, I haven't a clue. It's like any other table so perhaps you could select all and then do remove. I'm not going to try it on my system as I don't want to delete them all. But play around. The Previous Recipients item in Mail's Window menu will show you all the auto-complete addresses that aren't in your contacts. I'd delete the one in there now, and simply write the new one once; after that, that new one should be the one hat auto-fills. Again, if this is a contact, you'll need to make that change in your Contacts app instead. Just checked and you are subscribed with the name of Angus MacKinnon. You can change this to something else but you can't modify the email address. If you want to switch to another email address let me know and I can manually add the new address to the group and then you can delete the old one. Hi! I've got a similar problem! A little while ago Google stopped me using my Virginmedia Email and I was forced to use my Gmail Email for this group and It looks like I've got the same problem for the Viphone list! I subscribed to Viphone with my Virgin Email but Gmail has stopped me posting properly so it looks like I've got to resubscribe to that group with my gmail Email! Well, I can't do much about the other groups but I attempted to add your new flodabay address with no success. Google says there is already a member of the group with that address but that it might be a secondary or alternate address.
