Re: GParted accessibil
Oh it can but I want to shrink the partition smaller then the winclone image I made. it is 100.68 gigs big, the image is anyway and I want to be able to shrink the image and or the partitionto 70 or a bit less gigs and that slidder is not to friendly. that splitter thing anyway is not. I can't be procise. lol! On Feb 8, 2011, at 7:03 AM, Jonathan C. Cohn wrote: > Hmm, I seem to remember that bootcamp had an option to remove that > partition. Hmm, I seem to remember that bootcamp had an option to remove that partition. I would suggest launching the bootcamp utility and see if I am correct. Re: GParted accessibil
Yrah I just tried to go to disk utility/partitions and then got this whenI clicked on my boot camp utility. This partition can not be modified. Size: 108.11 GB Contextual status, displayed if necessary It is 108 gigs. I watn it to be about 70 gigs. I don't need all that space as all I use windows for is spl and klango and some other things. Re: GParted accessibil
except disk utility will not modify the bootcamp partition. it clearly states this in the partitions tab. On Feb 4, 2011, at 6:42 PM, Ben Mustill-Rose wrote: > If you boot into vinux it's usable. If you boot into vinux it's usable. I used it a couple months ago having not used orca for about a year and found it easy enough. Re: GParted accessibil
Gparted is not accessible using voiceover. Quoting from their web page "gparted is developed on Linux using Gnome and X windows. It can be used by other operating systems such as mac and Windows bu booting off the gparted live disk." So, it is possible that gparted my be accessible using a linux screen reader like orca, but I wouldn't recommend going that route unless you're already comfortable with a Gnome based screen reader.
