you're right. Movie is not a choice for an audio file. I put mine in the books library. I apologize for the confusion. Re: Now that blindmicemart (blindmicemegamall) is back . . .
Hi Christene, Once you have opened the edit info dialogue, you want to get to the options tab. There is a list of several tabs at the top of the window. Once on the options tab there is a pop up box labelled "Media kind". If you want your files to show up somewhere else, this is where you would change it. Unfortunately, saving it as a movie is not an option for mp3's. I have mine under music and list the artist for each as Blind Mice Mart. That way they are all together. Also, could you provide the link you are using to download stuff? As others noted, the link is no longer on the home page. Also, the links I got searching through google appear to bring up a blank page in safari and webkit. Re: Now that blindmicemart (blindmicemegamall) is back . . .
Kristyn, I did as directed, but not sure exactly what I'm editing. If, for example, I want it to show up in movies/videos, I would have to edit the path where it states it's in music and the music library, correct? But when I interact with this text, I can't change it. I did try writing in the title of the movie as the album name, which then made it appear on the album list of the music library. It 's checked, but it isn't syncing. Can anyone guide me further with this, off-list if necessary? On Nov 6, 2011, at 3:30 PM, Kristyn Leigh wrote: > Search for it in your iTunes music library. Re: Now that blindmicemart (blindmicemegamall) is back . . .
Tried that -- plays fine in iTunes, but isn't appearing in either the music library or movies. When I use Spotlight to find it, it says it is an mp3 and "unknown album". I don't see any options to save it in the iTunes library, just the usual controls "previous," "next," "stop," etc. Christine On Nov 6, 2011, at 12:50 PM, Daniel Miller wrote: > Open each mp3 in iTunes, and there ya go. > > > -Original Message- > From: macvisionaries@googlegroups.com > [mailto:macvisionaries@googlegroups.com] On Behalf Of Christine Grassman > Sent: Sunday, November 06, 2011 11:33 AM > To: macvisionaries@googlegroups.com > Subject: Now that blindmicemart (blindmicemegamall) is back . . . > > The Blind Mice Movie Vault contains many, many audio-described movies and > television shows in mp3 format. The Blind Mice Movie Vault contains many, many audio-described movies and television shows in mp3 format. I would like to get them onto my iPhone. However, for some reason, when I download them, they are not being put in my iTunes library. Is there a way to do tis one case at a time, or aother way to get them onto my iPhone without resorting to the iTunes library?
