Their customer service stinks.  I have written to them on multiple occasions 
regarding receiving the activation code for a purchased Q Cast.  I have yet to 
hear from them.  They took my $10 and I’ve not heard from them since. The 
product is good, customer service or specifically replying to emails regarding 
the activation code, is horrible.

Do just that - move the app to the trash, then eject the dmg file (it will 
appear in your drive list, cmd-shift-c in Finder), then delete the original 
file from your downloads. Try downloading it again - you may have gotten a 
corrupt download for some reason. This may not help, but then again it may.
