I did this when I first joined up.  I even offered to do some free consulting 
on the side to help make the site better so that I could use it.  I got an 
answer back that was so ignorent, I probably should have cancelled my 
subscription then and there.

service to tell them that the way they print this is not easy to read, 
likely for many?
I know when I used the service this was not an issue, but my browsers are 
closer to text anyway, comparative in a round about fashion to the

   I personally dealt with their customer service back a few years ago when I 
was using the service.  I got lip service at best and the typical ignorant kind 
of responses to my issues I had with their website.  From what I am hearing, it 
has not changed much.
