Then I'm sorry. Either you boot the Mac from your install disk and try to repair or you should call Apples users support. Maybe they can help you just to reinstall Mail and not the whole system. Hi Sarah, I see only one chance: Delete the file Users / Your User / Library / preferences / com.apple.mail.plist After deleting all accounts and settings are also deleted. So you could cut the file and move it to another folder, just in case you want to restore the settings and the accounts. If so you need to move the file back to that folder. Does it work? Yeah my vo is behaving fine. I sent a screenshot for anyone who can se it or for anyone who has someone to takea look at it. I mgiht try reimporting a back up but my last one was causing crashes lol!
