How can i enable the numpad feature with this program? I do not think it is

There is a way to remap the VO keys using two applications--PC Keyboard Hack
and Key Remap for Macbook. I don't seem to have the instructions, but I
believe they should be in the list archives. I believe it was discussed on
this list, though I am on two lists and may have obtained the info from the
other one. I had thought I had saved the instructions, but after following
them, I seem to have deleted the email.

What i'd like to know is, whether the VO keys could be assigned to different 
keys on the keyboard?

for example, the macbook that I have only has one control key. Thus, it is
