Re: track pad what can one do with it

2016-07-08 Thread Marie Lyons
I have a track pad and I can’t figure out why I can’t flick up and move down
the page. I wind up opening mission control. I can quite ably flick up on the
iPhone. Is there another way of moving up or down the page with the track pad?
It would have been helpful when my keyboard wasn’t working.

Re: track pad what can one do with it

2016-07-08 Thread -

One can have individually defined trackpad gestures to do specific things
that are in adddition to the default ones.

This is done in the trackpad commander part of the voice over utility.

Once you have the basics of using a mac down the trackpad and other
commanders can make the mac behave exactly as one wants it to in
performing just about any task.

RE: track pad what can one do with it

2016-07-08 Thread Simon Fogarty
Rhonda,

The track pa makes things very accessible
It is a mouse type device
And allows us with voiceover to use the trackpad in the same way we would use
the iPhone or iPad touch screan.

Including giving us a roter for finer working.

Can you access everything on the mac via track pad?
