Marcello, I went ahead and unzipped/fired up the first of the 4 donwload files and it looks like it is the complete x86 binary of the vmware image. Given that, then what are the other three files? Source code? Also is there a way to connect the TCP/IP stack of the Internet tablet emulated image to the TCP/IP stack of the LInux guest OS? Like an emulator for the 802.11 radio or the Bluetooth radio that runs on both sides, or at least some kind of virtual network adapter? Marcelo, Thank for the great product. After several tries to install maemo SDK on old Fedora PC at home I found your vmware image and use it instead. Great product! So my question. If I remember correctly I downloaded previous 0.6 via torrents. Actually on the webpage it states, in the Download pane: Part 1 Part 2 Part 2 Part 2 instead of Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 Part 4 the links, as noted, are wrong: http://www.maemo.org.br/platform/download/maemo-sdk-0.6/maemo-sdk-0.7.001 instead of: http://www.maemo.org.br/platform/download/maemo-sdk-0.6/maemo-sdk-0.6.7z.001 moreover from the index: http://www.maemo.org.br/platform/download/maemo-sdk-0.6/ it looks like there is only Part 1 and Part 2, and, from the size of the files, even incomplete.
