If you want to just immediately remove a member when they exceed their 
bounce threshold, you can set the bounce_you_are_disabled_warnings to 0 
on the Bounce processing administrative page.

Or if you want them to stay on the list, you could set the warning 
interval to be a very large number of days... so they effectively never 
get probed.

Or, you could change mailman's crontab so that it doesn't run the 
cron/disabled script.  (Or runs it only for specified lists, depending 
on your goal.)
