Try unsubscribing from the mailbox in Edit IMAP Account > Edit Subscriptions maybe? I’ve sometimes had luck getting mailboxes unstuck by unsubscribing, taking MlMt offline, back online, refreshing the IMAP folder list, etc. Not sure if it’ll work in your case but it’s another knob to fiddle with.
