Are you seeing IPs in that range still being impacted, or is it other IPs?

[mailop] 1&1 Postmaster Contact

Hi,

Looking for a deliverability escalation contact at 1&1. I know that there
are multiple properties under that brand (i.e. GMX, web.de, IONOS, mail.com,
etc), but suspect that it's only one reputation system and the same
internal team(?).

We have tried utilizing the various public channels (i.e.
https://postmaster.gmx.com/) but are not getting a quick enough response /
resolution.

Appreciate any assistance / recommendations.

[mailop] PhishTank contact?

A domain of one of our customers (large US health insurance company) has

Pretty much what Steve said, but to clarify further, if domain abuse is
identified, and proactive communications are made to help raise awareness,
the expectation is that the domain owner and/or their ESP work to stop said
abuse, either intended or unintended.

>From an outsider standpoint, it is sometimes hard to tell from just email
headers if the abuse is originating from the client, or the ESP, and
bringing both sides (sender and receiver) together to collaborate usually
results in greater visibility on the problem and a quicker resolution.

Proofpoint has a process that allows users to query their IP(s) and submit
related delist requests:

https://ipcheck.proofpoint.com/

Even if an IP address shows up as not listed, that doesn't mean there won't
be the potential for issues, as there may be other factors / decisions that
could impact delivery.

If the normal support channels are not working, there are direct contacts
that can be leveraged. Luis / Anne, you both know how to reach me -- I'm
still trying to catch up from taking time off last month.
