This would be unacceptable to Assad, so there is no agreement. The SDF calls for a "unified stance against Turkish aggression." If Aron Lund is correct about Russian-Turkish coordination, this won't happen. Once they reach agreement, the PYD/YPG will formally join the killing machine of Assad and help the dictatorship to oppress the Syrian people. It is a shame that there are still people who defend the actions of the PYD/YPG claiming that they would "have no alternative". Liberation movements fight against oppressors and go underground if necessary instead of serving the oppressor as a mercanery!
