To the contrary patching mc to add this feature is quite possible and much simpler, from my standpoint. It's just a simple symlink tracking it can't be *that* difficult... Maybe, just maybe, I'll be able to produce a patch for that, together with a friend of mine, would you guys be willing to add such a patch to the trunk?
