Need : JDE Analyst - PA - Direct Client Requirement - March 28th
Dear Partner, Please find the below requirement with our client in PA Title : JDE Support consultant Location of Job: Pittsburgh, PA Contract Term: 3 - 6 months, or however long It takes to complete job(C2C/W2) See information below. ·Supply support in the following capacity: oProvide a central Help Desk entry point for the identification and tracking of JDE E1 issues oProvide Consultants to work with Customer's IT team to resolve JDE E1 issues oProvide unlimited support based on Service Level Agreements (SLA) and support hours for JDE E1 in conjunction with the quantity of support hours anticipated oProduce and distribute reports routinely that highlight operational findings and provide a general health status of the JDE E1 system oCustomer will receive one license to access the iLearn catalog. Additional licenses are available for an incremental charge. oCustomer will receive monitoring of JDE E1 server systems on a proactive basis. This monitoring will be provided on a 24 x 7 basis 365 days per year through CD Group's i-ON Monitoring tools.
