I would be willing to guess the brake booster problem is more likely a vacuum leak. However, the capping off of the rear caliper smells of some serious kludging on someone's part, which makes it scary as you don't know the extent of their other "repairs". Looks like the interior is on the decline. So I politely suggest that some of these are rather critical items that potentially render the car unroadworthy, not to mention are substantial repairs.
