That looks to be in good condition and the price is not outrageous. Not a fan 
of the color but it is what it is, original?

When I was in high school my dad found a 36? LaSalle that was in fairly good 
condition, looked quite similar to this car.  I recall it was silver or gray. 
He had always wanted an old car and he was kinda stuck on this one but he 
thought the price was too high. I don’t recall what the guy was asking. My mom 
kept telling him to just buy the damn thing but he didn’t want to pay the ask 
so he passed on it. Then some time later he started lamenting not buying it and 
my mom gave him a pretty hard time about his whining.

Reminds me of the PT Cruiser. About the time they arrived on the scene, 
I was driving a Chevy Suburban. When I saw the first photos of the PT 
Cruiser in a car magazine, I was thinking it would be the size of my 
Suburban and was intrigued. I was so disappointed when I saw the first 
one on the street.

Good buddy of mine in high school had one of those, he set up a mattress in the 
back of it for trips to the drive-in. I was stunned at the amount of space in 
that thing when I first saw it.

My friend Danny Greuter’s father had matching 1941 Buick Roadmasters; one 
convertible, one sedan. In the mid 60’s we’d sit in one or the other and read 
his dad’s Hot Rod magazines. The smell of those seats became indelibly etched 
in my brain. My 1951 Chevy Business Coupe smelled much the same way.

I like the one instrument instrument cluster which has all the necessary
functions.

It also has suicide doors for the rear seat.
