[MBZ] Vacuum Modulator
Hello Friends, I was going to play with my vacuum modulator on my 300D 2.5 and can't see on the modulator where or how one adjusts it. I hear that there is a T type arm that can be twisted to adjust the flow of vacuum. My modulator is black and has a plastic, cream colored cover over it that turns, but doesn't seem to affect the vacuum. I don't want to pry this cover off unless I know that it is indeed a cover. Is the famous T behind this creme covered cover? Happy Dieseling! John Peterson Kingston RI 1991 300D 2.5 87k

It's under the little black plastic cap on the left end of the picture attached. [MBZ] vacuum modulator question
I need to replace a leaking o-ring on my original vacuum modulator ( 126 300SD w/ 722 303 AT). There was an article on this on MBZ, but that has disappeared into cyberspace. Somehow I remember there is a little more to it than just pulling it out and sticking the thing back in the hole. Can anyone help me with this and guide me in the right direction?
