The car is in the middle of the lot and they are trying to set up for work. More luck, the tow showed up before they got too deep into work. The adventure continues I got the guts out of the car. Removed the w126 seating and drove it around the block sitting on the spare tire. Engine runs, transmission still stalls out the car in anything but L. Parking brake was non op, so I used the set from Q for Gump, but could not get the dang lower springs to hook together. Disks look ok. Found a set of Ronal 16 rims with michelin MXV tires for $40 off a 220 wagon (no idea of W designation).
