That one isn't available for public bidding, you need to be registered as a
licensed business or a foreign customer who's going to ship it out of the USA.

You can go through the sign-up process for free, then when you're logged in you can add
cars to your watchlist. When in your watchlist or on the search screen, you can check
"no license required" in the top section of the filter options on the left, and
watch 90% of the cars disappear.

If you try to bid on that car while logged in as an unlicensed bidder, it'll
take you to a 'find a broker' menu. You should be able to find a company that
will set you up to bid under their license and process the title paperwork for
$200-300. Watch out for some of the brokers who list their fee at $100-200,
then when you go to their web site and read the fine print there are other fees
not included in the $100 markup.

Remind me again of how this place works. I am going to register. So you
can bid, I see that process but to know what you actually have to pay you
have to be logged in, which I am not yet as I need to scan my license and
send it in.

Details please. I'm thinking if I could buy one of these cars for
cheepcheep, esp a flood car, I could get this thing fixed up to keep or
flip or unload on Kleb and charge him a lot more.

[MBZ] copart process?
