Tried it all, along with the happy lights. Didn't help. By January I would be curled up in a fetal position in the corner of the bedroom. Had to take happy pills for four months a year. I am not a pharmaceutical person and was not pleased about it, but I did it. Never again. Over the last two weeks we've had minimal sun, unfortunately. Very partly cloudy, if you would. I was doing some touch up spray painting on a couple of parts for the S500 and SL500 over the weekend, and had a tough time getting some sun to help things flash off. No. That's why I'm here. Remember, I moved back to Indiana in 2008 and lived there for two years. Prior to moving to Florida I lived in southeast Wisconsin. I know winter all too well, well enough to know that while no place is perfect, I will gladly dodge the occasional hurricane and live in the heat long before I ever put up with another winter. I will say that I miss the fall, but that's about it for seasons. Just as people used to ask me how I could stand the winters in Wisconsin (dress for it!) the same applies to Florida. Yeah, it's hot in the summer, but you just jump in the pool or go inside where it's cool. Somebody ask Renfro what it's like living in Arizona if you want hot. It rarely exceeds 95F down here. After the extremes of upstate NY with weeks of 0F as the high and 5' of snow h the Nashville heat with 90F-90% for 5 or more months I feel here in coastal RI is ideal. Mild winters with some snow mostly bearable suumers. Although we have decided to install a ductless AC in the 3 main rooms.
