I think you’re talking about the guys in Oregon who strip older cars, like 
W123s. This is a dealer that’s selling online using the Mercedes Rev Parts web 
front end.

Poos has had run in with this fellow.  So has Kent Bergsma.  I did give a 
thought to using their serviced a few years back, but declined due to the 
excessive pricing and lack of integrity of the vendor.  He destroys cars that 
could remain on the road and prices things close to retail.

Pretty sure you can do a chargeback after 30 days (though I've never
done one myself). It can often take more than 30 days to resolve (or
not) a purchase issue. There's probably some time limit though.

To dispute a completely incorrect/fradulent charge, yes that normally
needs to be done within the next billing cycle, or 30 days.

Glad you were able to work things out.

For reference, all of those pretty but consistent looking web sites you see out 
there for Mercedes parts are nothing more than a web “front end” that Mercedes 
offers to it’s dealers for online parts sales call “Revolution Parts”, often 
abbreviated as “RevParts”. Each dealer has to maintain the inventory offered on 
their respective instance as well as determining the pricing model to use as 
well. Because the domains they use for these sites don’t necessarily tie back 
to the dealer who is hosting it, it can be difficult to determine who is 
actually behind it.

  Thanks for the information!  I did call Mercedes Benz of Beaverton Oregon and 
spoke to a parts manager who was very helpful and will resolve the issue.  
Apparently there are major issues with their website and it's management!  The 
website makes no mention of it's affiliation with Mercedes Benz of Beaverton 
Oregon?
I failed to mention I did contact Mercedes Benz of America customer support a 
few weeks ago and forwarded all information about the website.   They said they 
couldn't help because it was an independent seller.   The only advise they gave 
me was to order directly from Mercedes Benz dealers in the 
futureamazing!!!
