What about acquiring a MBE 900 in. Iirc they are available in a 4cyl... Or if you need more power, the MBE 4000. Find me one and buy me one, and I'll gladly do it! The 4000 would be one nice powerplant for sure! My shoestring budget is the biggest issue, there's so many things I want to do but can't afford... That looks huge! I don't know if it'd fit, the 617 already has trouble. I've got my adapter plate finished(except for triming the outside) already, so I'm past my financial point of no return.
