What got me confused were dmesg logs of older OpenBSD versions where the same Nvidia AGP seemed to be configured -no related errors in it- but I must admit that I don't really understand the whole content of those logs. Hi all I have installed OpenBSD 6.2 AMD64 on my old PC consisting of: Motherboard:MSI K8N Neo2 Series (MS-7025); Graphic card: Sapphire (ATI) Radeon 9550/X1050 Series (RV350) AGP 8x. Unfortunately, things don't work very well: the AGP seems to be not configured and there is an error in dmesg. X environment is slow and when scrolling the mouse become irresponsive until the scrolling stops. Setting different values in "machdep.allowaperture" doesn't change anything. Don't know if it matters, but I noticed that though my card is listed in the radeon(4) man page, it isn't listed in the Xorg.0.log Driver section: it is instead recognized as an ATI Radeon 9600 AS (ChipID = 0x4153) of which my card should be a derivative with different chipset ID (0x4173). Automatically installed firmware is "radeondrm-firmware-20150927". USB has problem too, but I think I'll not go in depth further if I can't fix the graphic issue, provided that my hardware is still supported.
