hello friends, day before yesterday, I purchessed xolo q700 mobile. now, after installing whatsapp in it, I lost all the conversasions and all the groups from it. I have subscribed 10 to 12 groups in whatsapp, but I can't see any groups in my chat list. I created 2 groups which also I can't able to see. hello friends, a strange problem occured in google play store of my samsung galaxy chat device since few days. the problem is, when I start download some thing, I every time see that download doesn't finish. first I press install button, then permission page opens, I press accept button or continue button, then I see that only it is written, cancel downloading button. then, nothing happens. it is not showing percentage also. in notification bar also it is not showing downloading or percentage of downloading even I checked the check box of show notifications in the settings of play store. my connection is also very good. no doubt about it. this happened 2 to 3 times. before one week, when I download updated talk back version, same thing happened and now also it happened while I am downloading appex launcher. so friends, please help me. what should be the problem? how should I solve this problem? and one more thing that I heard thatt in computer also we can use google play store. I saw play in google home page. hello friends, here I need your help about firefox. I am using latest firefox in my samsung galaxy chat B5330 device with jelly bean version 4.1.2. hello friends, here I need your help about keeping alarm in my samsung galaxy chat device which has jelly bean OS. first of all, let me tell you what steps i tried to do and where I couldn't get. first I went in clock icon and tab on creat alarm. then I found something like 2 edit box of hours and minutes in both left and right side. then from upword and downword side of both left and right edit box, I found increase hour, increase minute, decrease hour and decrease minute. hello friends, today again I have come with new learning subject for me. here I can't able to downloading any files from my samsung galaxy chat mobile which has jelly bean OS. yesterday I tried to download one MP3 file which was some audio discriptive movie which is of 55 MB, but it didn't download. I tried with latest firefox, but after 1%, the firefox had crashed. hello friends, since 6 days have passed and now I am getting habbituated with my samson galaxy chat mobile. especially with touch pad. today morning, I have updated my mobile to android jelly bin 4.1.2. now, I have to press double tab to use touch pad and it is very much difficult for me, but any have, i am trying to mannage it. now, I need your further help. 1. after updating jelly bin, one problem which I have got that wile rejecting call, and hang up call, power key is not working even though I have checked that check box of press power key to reject/hang up call in accessibility settings. 2. i am using aqua mail as per suggestion of experts of this mailing list and i am getting much accessibility then default gmail. but, one thing that if I open any mail, it reads full mail at time. so how can I read that particular mail line by line? and also same question of SMS. 3. how can I nevigate webpages with this jelly bin OS with updated talk back? what is the procedure to open any site? and after opening the site, how can I read site line by line and how can I enter in a selected link? should I download any other web browser for this? 4. how can i copy the particular text and how can I paste that text in some other location? suppose, if I want to copy text from SMS and I have to paste that SMS text to whatsapp for sending other, then how can I? so friends, please reply my 4 quaries.
